




District Creative partnered with Berkeley Group to deliver an integrated content campaign for Oval Village, a landmark residential development situated beside the iconic Kia Oval, the historic home of Surrey County Cricket Club. The brief was to create a campaign that went beyond traditional property marketing, positioning Oval Village within the cultural and sporting fabric of the area.
With Stuart Broad as the face of the campaign, Berkeley sought to forge a meaningful connection between the development, the heritage of the Oval, and the enduring spirit of cricket. District Creative worked closely with Berkeley to shape the creative direction, ensuring the campaign felt authentic, relevant, and rooted in the location rather than simply using cricket as a visual hook.


District Creative led the end to end delivery of the campaign, capturing and producing all visual and video content for use across Berkeley’s website, social platforms, and wider digital channels. The shoot blended lifestyle-led storytelling with moments inspired by the rhythms and rituals of cricket, reflecting both the prestige of the location and the energy of modern London living.
